We do not accept returns on e-liquid, electronic cigarettes, atomizers or tanks, mods or accessories. If you receive a item DOA (dead on arrival), damaged, or otherwise defective please contact us at support@angryfrog.com
 

Ordering

All orders must be placed via angryfrog.com. We do not accept phone orders for retail orders.
 

Viewing Orders

Orders can be viewed online by simply logging into your account at www.angryfrog.com You will be emailed your tracking number for all orders shipped. 
 

Shipping & Delivery

Once you place your order we start to process it. We normally ship all order next business day, however we can have up to a 3 working day processing time. We ship via United States Postal Service. We offer first class mail orders under 13 oz . First class mail normal delivery time is 2-7 days depending on your location. This delivery time is not guaranteed by United States Postal Service. Priority mail normal delivery time is 1-3 days. This delivery time is not guaranteed by United States Postal Service.
